Pentastar V-6 Engine
Chrysler Group's all-new 290-horsepower 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine boasts an 11 percent improvement in fuel economy for the Jeep Grand Cherokee, delivering up to 23 mpg and over 500 miles on one tank of gas. The all-new flexible-fuel engine is standard on the Grand Cherokee, and features Variable-valve Timing (VVT), double overhead camshafts and a high-pressure die-cast aluminum cylinder block in a 60-degree configuration.


Selec-Terrain™
A center-console-mounted five-position dial (Sand/Mud, Sport, Auto, Snow and Rock) coordinates the throttle, transmission, transfer case, hill-start assist and hill-descent control to match the terrain.

Quadra-Lift™ Air Suspension
Choose from five distinct suspension levels for any scenario. Normal ride height offers 8.1 inches of ground clearance, Off-Road 1 provides 9.4 inches of clearance and Off-Road 2 raises the Grand for 10.7 inches of clearance. Aero mode lowers ride height for improved fuel economy, and Entry/Exit mode makes it easy to get in and out of the vehicle.
